GUI needed #12

There is a GUI made by Ant with the Fast Light User Interface Designer (FLUID) which is already inside the code (run with ./trit-dif --viewer to see it) but currently it does nothing.

Probably needs a redesign and then will want gradually connecting up to the program.

This will involved being able to run multiple different simulations each program WHICH should be sensible about not reloading alll the model data if it can avoid it. Needs major design thinking...

Development postponed for Issue #23 to be worked on, as this will give best control over what goes into the console output browser.

Now that messages are in place, work should move on to getting the UI controlling the whole of the .run file.
