show tags in the sidebar #56

So, working on a desktop monitor i have quite some empty space in the sidebar (below the wiki link) maybe it would be possible to show the tags there in a tagcloud? it removes two clicks (clicking on tags and then click on the tag) but if you use them a lot, it makes the workflow a bit smoother :)

It's on the roadmap but I can easily add something similar. I am doing a big upgrade so it will have to wait a bit.
