- added Brun lattice reduction. The comment on commit b767593 saying Brun was added then was incorrect
- Added the sizereduction function
- added functions returning lattic metrics for a matrix: orthogonalityFactor, hermiteFactor, seysenCond
- adde isLLLreduced, issizereduced
- updated license to match standard MIT form
