Difficulties integrating cleanly into <head> - Unlike Bannerbear, OG IMPACT renders images dynamically, so it would likely be possible to use Shopify's metafield API, avoiding the complicated "template massaging" that Bannerbear had to resort to.
Unsustainable levels of customer support - The main reason for this was cited as caused by the necessarily clunky integration. So a cleaner integration should result in lower levels of support.
