Update docs for storybook 4 forward compatability #41

Since storybook 4 is not released yet, primary doc path should still be Storybook 3, but we should note storybook 4 does not need webpack extension. This should become the default when storybook 4 is released.

Have added initial note in 9b3cf74, but will need to make default once storybook 4 is released.
