create new group > Errno-2 #4

Hi Chris,

When i tried to create new group in my organization, when the create button hit, it shows error: spiexceptions.ExternalRoutineException: plpy.Error: Fatal Group API error: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

Any idea to resolve this issue? Thanks.
