Add drill down feature #8

I modified the 'showgov' response to return only 4 levels deep to speed up the response and un-clutter the UI, but I still need to add functionality to the UI so it can 'drill down' once you zoom in or select a node. Ideas?

I think 4 levels is find for the initial draw if you enter looking at a government from the top. If you're searching for a specific term, I think it would be rad to have the view follow the expansion of each node all the way down (right now they "explode", it would be neater to have them expand more slowly so you can follow along.

Need to conquer viewbox easing first, once the viewbox can zoom in on a node, honing in on a deeply nested node is a matter of zoom, expand, zoom, expand, zoom, expand, etc.
