Event Change Log should capture the state of Representative's access to "Scheduled Chats"

As an event administrator, I am interested in:

• Identifying which Booth Owners and Representatives have access-to, and are making-use-of the "Enable Scheduled Chat" privelege.
• Helping the Brazen support team diagnose issues related to Representatives' privileges in events.

Therefore, I want:

The event Activity Log (eventChangelog) to include the state of the "Allow Booth Owners to enable Chat Scheduling for Reps" and "Allow Booth Owners to schedule chats on behalf of Representatives" booth flags when the booth configuration is saved.
The Activity Log should also show the state of the "Able To Schedule Chats" flag within the entries of related to Representatives. E.g., on add, and on "Enable Scheduled Chat".
