Booth owners can configure Representative profile and settings #2

As a Booth Owner for a given Booth, granted "manage representative profiles" permission.

I am challenged with Representatives that have limited capacity to learn the nuances of the platform. Creating consistent profiles and resources across all representatives is a challenge.

Therefore, I want to:

Manage the profile and settings on behalf of those representatives that are exclusive to my booth, including:

  • representative profile (photo, title, summary, etc.),
  • chat greeting,
  • chat snippets,
  • chat schedule,
  • invitations to booth,
  • scheduled chat invitations

So that I can increase satisfaction of representatives and also attendees interacting with our organization.

Product update in Spring 2023 allows managing rep schedules.
