Show booth code and title instead of "Scheduled Chat" in per-booth and event ratings reports

Generated reports currently show Scheduled Chat as in the booth name column. This should show the actual booth name that the inviting representative is associated with. This update should be made to the Representative Ratings report for the entire event.

Per-booth rating reports should also include Scheduled Chat entries.

Thanks, Chris! This is on our roadmap (along with several other great Scheduling enhancements). We're planning to directly associate Scheduled Chats with specific booths early next year.
