Disable/customize the notifications related to scheduled chats #9

As an event admin

I want to:

Disable or customize the contents of the Brazen-generated email notifications that are sent to Representatives having the ability to schedule chats. Similar to the controls available for other event notifications (e.g., in the Settings > Notifications area).

So that I can give Representatives directions and motivation that are consistent with the overall event branding and packaging.
