Publish Home Assistant add-on #19

I hope you can publish a HA add-on so this becomes easier to install.

From what I can gather, publishing one shouldn't be that hard since Docker is supported:

We'll keep this issue open to track it :+1:

It's one of the most requested features, so I think it'll happen at some point, but there are a few things to fix and figure out first.

There is an early test version here: https://github.com/chrivers/bifrost-hassio

It's not quite there yet, but it can in fact run.

I'm going to fix some edge cases, and improve the documentation, before this is released officially (and, announced more broadly)
