Discord integration #7

Background

A lot of activity of council members is in Discord, across a large number of channels, so it's ahrd to track over a full term. If it was possible to collect stats about this, that could give an indication of how engaged they are in these venues.

To the council dashboard section. This may be hard, unless discord itself tracks this and exposes this in an API, because you would have to ingest all

If this worked well, doing the same for the leads would also be awesome.

Perhaps there are some Discord integrations or bots which already make an API form for such queries?

The most prominent problem is to find the discord ID of Joystream members. The data is not on QN or on substrate yet. This will require a Pioneer backend and to make discord ID input of users mandatory.
