error when used with latest cordova-android #14

Saving android@latest into config.xml file ... UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open '/Users/mohamed/project1/platforms/android/AndroidManifest.xml' at Object.

cordova cli v 7.1 cordova android 7.1

I didn't have any problem installing/building/running in those conditions. Please try again as I have fixed an issue on my latest commit. It could have caused that error.
