I'm going to migrate this book over to Pod::PseudoPod::Book in the near future. If this takes more than a week, I'll pull in your request temporarily. I'm leaving it open for now.

No worries, you can even just close and bail as I can always keep my own build script in my repo. Just wanted to share in the case that any one else forgets this step too.
