plenv instead of perlbrew? #234

I don't know if you agree, but I think it's worth considering mentioning that rather than perlbrew.

It's a worthy alternative, but I'd like to see it on the CPAN before I recommend it. CPAN Testers and CPANTS are too nice to give up, at least for code aimed at the book's target audience.
