What

Take one or more suggested changes and update chromatic.config.json (configurable via flag) accordingly.

Why

Make it easier to configure TurboSnap.

How

Parse the existing config file.
Check if current properties are in alphanumeric order.
Update or append new/updated properties.
If previously in alphanumeric order, sort the properties again, otherwise leave as is.
