add a highlight to filenames, and commands as in the GitHub markdown Issue: #667

Not sure about which highlight color to use. So, I went with color.light.

@Nischal2015 thanks for making the pull request so promptly, and don't worry about it, color.light works perfectly for now. I've checked this, and it looks great. Adding the colour to call out the components/stories was a nice touch to the tutorials.
