Tutorial site migration to Storybook 7

Similar to other repositories (e.g., frontpage) the tutorial's repo/site will require an update to Storybook 7.

This will entail:

• Update the Storybook version
• Update existing stories to CSF 3 (using the code mod / manually).
• Document caveats/ issues with the migration
