With this pull request the React & Vue editions of the Intro to Storybook are updated to reflect the 7.0 changes.

What was done:

Updated snippets to align with CSF3
Updated assets to align with the revamped UI
Updated Chromatic workflow to feature a more up-to-date version
Updated the hashes & links for the translation to factor in the code already merged in
