Remove python-bitcoinrpc from source tree #28

This will require forking https://github.com/jgarzik/python-bitcoinlib and providing packaging for it. After that it can be included in the ngcccbase setup.py Depends on #23

Actually we use https://github.com/petertodd/python-bitcoinlib/ pythonize branch

Peter says it is better...

With the merging of #30 this is resolved.
