Add an AV1 parser #50

Leaving this here in case anyone has any critique to offer. The basic ideas are in place, including the switch to Cow so as to clean some signatures as per #49

Still doesn't work though. I have to iron out the bugs.

With a couple weeks more this should be good to go.

Hi Daniel,

I wanted to check what the switch to Cow would look like eventually, but could not find any reference to it in the CL pushed to far - am I missing something?

@Gnurou Hi Alex, I consider this to be ready. We'll only be able to debug it further when we hook up the other bits and run it through fluster.
