Volcano dmg is better now - survivable for most ranged. You can survive 2 hits, the 3rd usually kills you. While this is much better than before, I think this still needs bit more of a nerf. You are still more likely than not to die from this ability.

Essence of suffering: The proxy aggro change still occurs every 3-4 seconds. It is also worth suggesting disabling boss movement after him changing targets (assuming his target is not trying to move away)
Essence of Desire: literally unkillable right now. Even if no1 kills themselves from reflected dmg the boss hp is high enough that people eventually go to 0 mana and thus wipe. I suggest nerfing boss hp in this phase to 4M and then see how it goes.

Essence of Anger: Spite dmg nerf is good. Maybe nerf it bit more - to around 7k dmg. So it only starts 1 shot comboing people with the next dot tick at the very end of the fight.

If this is supposed the be normal difficulty mythic cant really be much stronger than this.
Most issues with both trash and especially bosses are tuning related. Particularly Supremus, Bloodboil and RoS are all blockers based on tuning.
