Kael doors dont close mid fight
You still dont take dmg once walking on ground during gravity lapse
Phase 5 eggs are moving. They move away from ppl stepping inside their hitbox. (afaik this is CC core issue but decided to mention it here as it is applicable)
Infinity Blade failing to remove Mind Control instantly, should be instant on first attack . (this is truly huge and should be fixed, as it causes so many unavoidable deaths.)
Debuff applications for Physical and Magical Damage from Infinity Blade and Nethershard Bow behaving improperly. Should work like Sunder Armor, stacking debuff that can be applied and refreshed by multiple targets. Currently if one player applies a debuff, another player debuff proc will remove all stacks and reset debuff.
Thaladred movement speed set to walking, currently moving at run speed.
Kael still only drops only 1 epic instead of 2 from his base loot table.
Tuning comments on Kael'thas
Telonicus bomb damage nerf by 2/3, currently 16-17k, should be 6-7k.
Overall comments on raid mechanics
From my understanding phase transition fixes were not deployed on saturday (09-03) when we had our raid, however the fight worked perfectly fine for us both times. Perhaps the issue was caused of .dmg or other cheat-ish actions ?
Kael still needs fixes, however the mind control is the most urgent one. It really needs to be removed on 1st hit. Everything else can played around - albeit in ways that were not intended to in original raid.

Alar can use bit more hp, same as void reaver.
Solarian arcane missiles could be nerfed just a tiny bit.
Thaladred melee dmg should be 1 shot-ish. Please do not implement this before fixing his speed, else you will break the fight even more.
Telonicus bomb should receive over half its dmg in nerf.
