Current Behaviour

When you open lockboxes, there seems to be a chance for some of them to have no loot at all, like Thorium Lockbox.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Thorium Lockbox, and all lockboxes should have a pool of items they can pick from and will always give you exactly one item from said pool.

Go through comments on any lockbox page on wowhead and you wont find a single one saying they got nothing in it. Also my 16+ years of playing retail is my other source.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open Thorium Lockbox until you find one that gives no loot, can probably just do a GM command to grant yourself the boxes.

Extra Notes

I know this is a minor problem, but it's rather annoying going out of my way to find a rogue that has lvled their lockpicking to the skill level required to open lock boxes, then getting nothing from it and would have been better off just vendoring the unopened box itself.

I just opened a 2nd one and also got nothing from it. They might actually have no loot inside them at all.
