NPCs in Dragonmaw Fortress drop too little silver

Current Behaviour

NPCs Dragonmaw Drake-Rider, Dragonmaw Shaman, Dragonmaw Subjugator, and Dragonmaw Wrangler at Dragonmaw Fortress all drop around 1.5-3 silver.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

They all should drop around 12.5 silver each. I am not sure of minimum and maximum values.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .teleport dragonmawfort
2. Kill NPCs around the area, namely the aforementioned ones
3. Loot them and observe the silver drops
