Searscale Drake weirdly "flying" in the ground in Burning Steppes

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

I was running around Burning Steppes and came across a dragon flying in the ground. NPC DB GUID : 3297 ; current GUID: 19370. EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

The drake should fly higher and not dive into the ground.

1. Go to Burning Steppes near coords 16.7 ; 51.7
