Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The mobs on the first pack should act like the rest of the packs.

Source

Assumptions. Fight the other packs of Illidari mobs before Illidari Council room.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. .tele bt
  2. Kill Mother Shahraz and go past it into Grand Promenade (After Mother Shahraz and before Illidari Council room)
  3. fight the first back of Illidari mobs

Extra Notes

This behavior exist in both PTR and AC. From my testing it only happens with that first pack only and the rest of the packs with the same mobs act normal

If you are able to understand something. The problem is that the first pack is usually skipped. From minute 1:27:00. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRPy6G0UhcA&t

I've tested the issue on PTR and I can confirm several mobs in the pack do cast their spells twice in a row or in a loop (blizzard), in particular Mages, Paladins and Rogue.

Thank you for your report. If you find other issues feel free to report them.
