Added -f option (for single file with file name, instead of directory). #164

This adds -f or --file for single file import and supports file instead of directory uploads.

Note: I tested in firefox, and the dialog is not coming up automatically on enter. Manually clicking browse (by shrinking the iframe temporarily) works as expected. We will need to figure out how to handle this.
