I added a MITM software subdomain in line with issue #310.

Don't forget to add mitm-software.badssl.com to your /etc/hosts file before you try to test locally. I definitely did!

mitm-software.badssl.com will be part of today's HSTS preload list roll: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/651236
