Remove mitm.watch from Test Suites section (site shut down) #452

Noticed mitm.watch is still registered but not returning any DNS records, therefore it's not loading. The creator/maintainer Nick Sullivan from Cloudflare indicated it was shut down intentionally and won't be back for a while: https://twitter.com/grittygrease/status/1291072338830614528?s=20

PR #453 submitted to resolve this issue.

Closing. Fix was deployed many months ago.
