Please add GOST end points #480

When trying to figure out if one supports or doesn't support GOST encryption for tls 1.2 and tls 1.3 it would be nice to have a test website which uses GOST algos.

Could you please add TLS endpoint that only uses GOST encryption algos?

If it is at all feasible to do, given that GOST support might not yet be widespread.

Actually found http://tlsgost.cryptopro.ru/ now, which might be a better test site.
