Hello,

How was the list of "top 5k sites" in https://github.com/chromium/suspicious-site-reporter/blob/master/extension/topsites.json determined?

Hi Victor, thanks for your query! topsites.json is a list of top user sites, combined from Alexa and aggregated Chrome user metrics.
