Patient/caregiver UI changes to consider #230

Some notes to consider for the future: -Padding is a bit strange on these, but that can fixed: --Retrieve records from other healthcare providers --Share your health data --Summary of shared health data -Personally not a fan of the gray background, I think the white/transparent seamless look was more aesthetic/more modern -I think we should add a more dynamic bootstrap-like approach to the side margins in general. On a desktop, so much space is wasted. This is no different than the old UI, though -Maybe in a desktop environment, the footer should be elevated a bit - in that we add margin to it, since we have the space and having it extremely low can be less conductive to navigation. Or even crazier, maybe the old style of navigation is better for desktop...and we revert on that platform -Basically, the old UI seems better for desktop, and more modern for that environment (all nav on top, no borders, transparent background), where as the new UI is more conducive to a handheld device. Just some things to think about

This is an interesting ticket. Clearly I wrote it. Lots of ideas, but before we implement, we need to decide on what requirements we want to complete.
