As a clinician, I can see the goals and concerns authored by the patient/caregiver that have been stored in the SDS. display patient-authored goals and concerns from SDS in clinician app

OHSU is still working through authorization issue with SDS.

Documentation queries made into SDS

precondition: Brand new SDS, brand new client

• Want to add a goal -> PUT goal

• Re-query is not done

• SDS is treated like any provider endpoint so all supported Resource types will be queried
