The app proof-of-concept already supports CQL execution from MyPreventiveCare. Add the prototype MCC CQL logic into configuration.

Test using lab results to classify into data elements, e.g. eGFR, LDL, HDL, etc.
Display only last lab result in each category
Only show lab data elements that have a value

Does it display what's expected? If not, what is the difference?
