I think it would also make sense to partially move the internal Notion doc into the README or some other file. Wdyt? This would help everyone finding the repo, once it's OSS, to properly understand the tradeoffs.

yeah I agree, but I think currently we should treat it as an internal doc, and keep it in Notion for now. once we're confident this is the direction we're going to take (I'm not 100% sure on this, given that if we incorporate a 3rd oracle, we wouldn't use the logic at all), we could migrate it.
