Most of the resizable dialogs do not remember the size #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open commit/tag/ignore/revert/switch to etc dialogs.
2. resize dialog as you like
3. close and reopen dialog

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: last size is remembered and dialog appears in that size.
Seen: dialogs always opens with some default size.
