.project file not addable #36

It is not possible to add the .project file to the repository.
Currently we need to add the file to the repository with the command line of 
TurtoiseHG.

Also in some cases resources that are excluded from build are not addable.

Tested with:
- MercurialEclipse 1.9.4.201203270141
- Eclipse Indigo
- Windows 7 and XP

I haven't had problems adding .project files in the past. Check the list of 
resources in Window -> Preferences -> Team -> Ignored Resources and make sure 
.project is not in that list.
