Crush after eclipse incorrect shutdown #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run project with mercurialeclipse support
2. Shutdown eclipse incorrectly.
3. Try to run eclipse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Eclipse should run last workspace correctly, but he crush and close.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.4 stable

Please provide any additional information below.

I don't know why a crash caused this. It looks like the same bug as #37. It 
will only be fixed in default for MercurialEclipse 2.0 to be released this 
month.

To recover you can remove com.vectrace...mercurialeclipse directories from the 
plugins and features directory. Then you can try reinstall 1.9.4 or install the 
latest snapshot from the snapshot update site.
