support obsolescence concept #46

Obsolescence in introduced in mercurial core from version 2.3.

It would be nice if the obsolete relation were taken into account. I see it as:

* using a dotted line for obsolescence relation (see both screenshots)
* using a special (background) color for unstable branches (see second 
screenshot, orange color)

(unstability is when one non-obsolete branch is rooted into an obsolete 
changeset; it may happen as a result of exchanging draft changesets between 
developers)
