Provide option to NOT save mercurial passwords (provide prompt each time) #54

Add a check box (or even a config file option) to specify if you would like to 
save your user name/password for a repository OR to have to enter it at a 
prompt each time.

In our organization we have machines where we only want a select few to be able 
to push to the repository, but we want more freedom for editing local sources.  
When a developer uses one of these machines and does push, they have to 
remember to explicitly go back and remove their user name/password.
