What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reorder patches or do a 'hg qpush' or 'hg qpop' on the command-line
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The changes used to get picked up in the 'Mercurial Patch Queue' window, but
after upgrading to Eclipse Luna, they don't get picked up anymore and I have to
restart Eclipse each time I manipulate the patch queue externally.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
