What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 'Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_45-b15)'
2. Install 
'MercurialEclipse   2.1.1.201401121312  mercurialeclipse.feature.group  MercurialEcl
ipse project'
3. Try to click 'Create Repository...' icon in 'Mercurial Repositories' view

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The add repository dialog
