Mod features activate when trying to view game menu #1

Possible bug I encountered once in passing, more research needed.

The mod features appeared to activate when I was standing at the blacksmith counter, but pulling up the game menu with 'Esc', not activating the blacksmith counter.

Okay, bug confirmed. Pretty sure it can only present if your tool is in the process of being upgraded and you did not accept a replacement. If you are standing in the spot where you can activate the Blacksmith counter and you try to activate the game menu (or probably any other menu, as well), it will immediately close that menu and open the "wanna rent a tool?" dialog.
