[Bug Report]: Some Weapons Describe Effects That Dont Work #295

Describe the bug; What happened?

A couple weapons don't seem to have their prescribed effects such as the Bubble Bow which says it seals enemies in a bubble on charged shot.

Expected Behavior

Some weapons that appear to have effects tied to them by description are missing those effects.

@JoshTheTigotter Thanks for making this an issue because, for the life of me, I cannot remember to actually work on implementing the Bubble Bow and similar effects. You are correct, though, they are not in the mod, yet, but we're going to try to make sure they are implemented for the 1.21 update. Now, with this being on GitHub, though, I have a way to actually make sure we do it 😅
