[x] JSON Serialization/Deserialization to TypeScript classes
[x] Add a error message box on API errors (create a new PoliticalEntity on the app to see it).

cc @whirish since this is in a new package, it's quite independant from your branch. If you want to rebase on top of it, or finish your branch first, both are fine to me.

I think for simplicity's sake I'll just finish up my branch, we could integrate it with this package later I suppose. Nice work.
