move results into seperate directory #8

The results for each scenario are currently stored under scenario/{scenario name}/results/. This commit moves the generated results for each scenario under a single parent folder called results, making the directory structure as results/{scenario name}_<{timestamp>}/

[benchmark] persist results for previous runs under results/ [dashboard] display results for most recent run
