Cannot enter birthday field when register tracker #6

Everytime I choose a date using DatePicker of birthday field at register
page, a alarm message "Reenter your birthday" notice me.

The problem is the date string given by DatePicker has wrong format (some
thing like "17-Sep-2009") with validation regex (maybe in "dd-MM/yyyy").
