Unable to run examples #2

Hi, I tried to build and run chrotran. However, I have run into the following error. I would be grateful if you could help resolve this. Regards Jagir Build environment - linux, intel compiler, mpich2, petsc 3.10.2 (as required by current pflotran)

The issue is resolved if Petsc version 3.8 is used.
